Cold Chain Temperature-Controlled
All frozen items are shipped in temperature-controlled vehicles and handled to food-safety standards. Please make sure freezers are ready on delivery.
Returns
Report Within 24 Hours
Any issue — damage, incorrect or missing items, or a quality concern — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Food Products Policy
Returns are accepted only for items damaged on delivery, incorrect items, or quality issues reported immediately. Opened, used, or improperly stored products are non-returnable.
Resolution & Refunds 24–48h
After verification, we arrange a replacement or issue a refund/credit note. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 24–48 hours.
