Cold Chain Temperature-Controlled

Report Within 24 Hours
Any issue — damage, incorrect or missing items, or a quality concern — must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Food Products Policy
Returns are accepted only for items damaged on delivery, incorrect items, or quality issues reported immediately. Opened, used, or improperly stored products are non-returnable.
Resolution & Refunds 24–48h
