Due to the diverse nature of our offerings—ranging from perishable food products to heavy-duty industrial machinery—HORECA MRKT maintains specific return and refund guidelines to ensure quality and operational integrity across all B2B transactions.
1. Food Products Policy
Due to the nature of food products, returns are subject to strict conditions. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
- Eligibility: Returns are only accepted if products are damaged upon delivery, incorrect items were delivered, or quality issues are reported immediately.
- Non-Returnable: We do not accept returns for opened or used products, or products stored improperly after delivery.
- Resolution: Once verified, a replacement will be arranged, or a refund/credit note will be issued.
2. Industrial Equipment Policy
Standard industrial equipment cannot be returned once delivered and installed, unless there is a documented manufacturing defect that cannot be resolved by our technical support team.
- Custom Turnkey Projects (UFM): Orders for custom engineering lines are non-cancellable and non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
- Order Cancellation: Canceling a standard equipment order before dispatch may incur a 20% restocking fee.
3. Warranty Claims & Defective Parts
If your machinery arrives with a manufacturing defect:
- You must notify our technical team within 7 days of delivery or commissioning.
- Our engineers will conduct an on-site inspection or remote diagnostics.
- Defective parts will be repaired or replaced under the terms of your specific Equipment Warranty Agreement.
4. Shipping Damages
If equipment or goods are damaged during transit by a third-party logistics provider, it must be noted immediately upon receipt. Please photograph the damage and contact our support team within 24 hours to initiate a freight claim.
5. Inspection & Verification
We reserve the right to inspect all returned items (both food products and equipment) before approving a refund, replacement, or warranty claim.
