You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. To access specific B2B features, pricing, or to place orders, you may be required to register an account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and business credentials.

3. Orders, Quotations & Pricing

• Food Products: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in EGP unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice.
• Industrial Machinery: Quotations provided by our sales engineers for equipment (e.g., FryGenie, Maestro Ovens) are valid for 30 days. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs and logistics variations before final contract signing.

4. Delivery, Installation & Commissioning

• Standard Delivery: Delivery timelines for food products are estimates and may vary due to operational or external factors beyond our control.
• Machinery Installation: For turnkey projects and heavy machinery, installation must be performed by certified HORECA MRKT or UFM technicians. The client is responsible for preparing the facility site (electrical, plumbing) prior to arrival. Failure to do so may result in delayed commissioning and additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All general content on this website (logos, text, images) is the property of HORECA MRKT and may not be used without permission. Furthermore, all engineering blueprints, 3D renderings, and proprietary technologies provided during machinery consultations remain our exclusive intellectual property and may not be shared with third-party competitors.

6. Limitation of Liability

HORECA MRKT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of production, loss of profits, material waste arising from machinery use, or business interruptions due to delivery delays.

7. Governing Law & Modifications

These terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms.
