Deep Fry: Preheat deep fryer to 180°C. Deep fry frozen hash browns for 2-3 minutes, shaking basket halfway through. Drain 3 min.

Convection Oven: Preheat commercial fan-forced oven to 220°C. Spread frozen hash browns onto a perforated tray. Cook for 18 minutes, turning halfway through. Or Conventional Oven: 33 min @ 180°C.
DO NOT REFREEZE PRODUCT ONCE THAWED.
Store and handle potatoes in a controlled, cool and dry place. Product is not ready to eat until fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
